Description
xGrow your own Hot Hungarian Wax Pepper (Capsicum annuum), a versatile heirloom variety prized for its tangy heat and bright yellow color. These 5-6 inch tapered peppers have a Scoville rating of 5,000-10,000 SHU, making them hotter than banana peppers but milder than jalapeños. Their crisp texture and zesty heat make them ideal for pickling, frying, stuffing, and adding spice to salsas or relishes.
