Started using this a few years ago to keep varmints out of my vegetables. Worked great. But at work we have had a problem with teens cutting school (across the street) to hang out on the back of our property. Had some extra 'P' so saturated the teen's hangout. Watched the camera next day. They came, they sat (yes...IN IT), they sniffed they fled. Probably their clothes reeked for days. I've been repeating after every rain...and they still walk by...lean on the wall...then quickly leave. Bobcat urine is better than a security guard in this instance.
I bought this to see if I could keep possums and skunks and squirrels from digging in my lawn. I haven't seen those creatures but there is a coyote who had adopted my yard. I think he is living behind the garage, but he doesn't dig holes in the lawn.
