- Productive - Cress germinates in 3-5 days when soil temps are 65-70°F. Plant 1/4” deep and space 1-2” apart in an area with full sun or partial shade. This variety will grow 12-24” tall with a spread of 6-12”. This variety will mature in 15-20 days, plant in USDA zones 3-12.
