The Coho Red Raspberry is one of the last raspberries to ripen in the season and still produces fruit after other varieties have finished. It is highly touted for its large, vibrant red firm raspberries that easily separate from the plant. This unique shrub was developed at Oregon State University with the name coming from the Coho salmon that have a bright red color and have a late spawning run.
